I have two children Jack, 10, and Jessie, 5, and we live in a village in Worcestershire called Pinvin. I have been attending various pre-school music groups since Jack was born and started to take some music classes at Jack’s pre-school, on a voluntary basis, when he was 3. These continued until last September when Jessie left the pre-school to go to ‘big school’. While the children were little and I was at home I had been studying for an OU Psychology Degree which I completed in October 2007 and knew that at this point, with both the children being at school and the Degree over, I would want something else. Music classes were the obvious choice for me. I have loved music and dance since a very young child and I play the piano, guitar, violin and sing as well as having attended ballet classes from 3 years to 17! I started to look at various packages and as luck would have it stumbled across an advert for ‘Music with Mummy’ franchisees in a magazine at my local Dr’s surgery. When I looked further at the package I knew this was the one for me because of the quality of the programme being provided for the children. Over the past six months things have gone from strength to strength and the children and I are having a ball! The classes I run are as follows: Music with Mummy
